Afghanistan Emergency Appeal

Over the last 40 years (4 decades) Afghanistan has been destroyed by war, floods, droughts and poverty. Millions have been killed and injured, thousands of Masajids, Madrassah’s, Hospitals, Schools and Houses have been destroyed.

They are millions of orphans, widows and most needy families who are in need of Help, millions of people live below the poverty line and Afghanistan is one of the poorest country in the world.

Millions have been displaced and made refugees around the world.

With a shattered healthcare and education system, many villages and areas are without a functioning Hospital and School, Afghanistan needs urgent Help.

Allah S.W.T says in the Quran – Surah 5 – Verse 32:

“And if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind.”

Abu Hurayrah R.D. narrates Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. said “Whosoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah S.W.T will remove from him one of the grievances of the Day of Qiyamah. Whosoever alleviates the needs of a needy person, Allah S.W.T will alleviate his needs in this world and the next. Whosoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah S.W.T will conceal his faults in this world and the next. Allah S.W.T will aid a servant (of His) so long as the servant aids his brother.” (Sahih Muslim)
