GAZA EMERGENCY APPEAL

نداء الطوارئ من غزة

In Gaza we are witnessing the world’s worst humanitarian crisis.

In Gaza since 7^th Oct 2023 over 35,000 people have been killed (including 14,500 children, 9,560 women), over 10,000 missing (with 70 % being children and women) and over 80,000 injured, whilst over 700,000 people are besieged and being starved in Northern Gaza.

Approximately 2 million people are displaced, they are urgently in need of humanitarian assistance. This is not a natural disaster; it is a manmade catastrophe!

There are over 400,000 infected with infectious diseases due to displacement, hundreds of thousands of displaced are sleeping rough on the streets without a shelter or blanket, they are waking up hungry every day, they suffer not just from indiscriminate bombing but also malnutrition. The situation is made worse with the collapse of Gaza healthcare system. There is immense human suffering and destruction in Gaza.

Alhamdulillah World Aid Convoy are distributing Cooked Meals and Aid to the most needy in Northern and Southern Gaza.

Allah S.W.T says in the Quran – Surah 5 – Verse 32 – and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind.

Abu Hurayrah R.D. narrates Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. said “Whosoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah S.W.T will remove from him one of the grievances of the Day of Qiyamah. Whosoever alleviates the needs of a needy person, Allah S.W.T will alleviate his needs in this world and the next. Whosoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah S.W.T will conceal his faults in this world and the next. Allah S.W.T will aid a servant (of His) so long as the servant aids his brother.”
